iPhone3GSからのずっとiPhone使いです。別にソフトバンク使いたかったわけじゃなくって、あの頃はソフトバンクしかなかったからです。
それでも会津の頃はいい店員さんに対応していただいていたんでそのままでしたが、ここ2回中国系なのか韓国系なのか、さすがに呆れ果てました。
ここへは2度と行かないし、次は絶対ソフトバンクは選びません。
 Correspondence of capacity of this shop is the worst.
I have been using iPhone since iPhone3GS. I didn't want to use SoftBank separately, because at that time there was only SoftBank.
Even so, in Aizu, I was just as good as a good clerk, but I was surprised at whether I was Chinese or Korean twice.
I will never go here again, and the next time I will never choose Softbank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yモバイルを紛失してソフトバンクに乗換することになりましたが、他の手続きもあって大分時間がかかり「疲れた〜」と思っていたら、コーヒーを出してくれました。又それから時間がかかって、「あ〜、疲れた〜!」とグッタリしてきた頃、又コーヒーを出してくれました。手の空いていた男性スタッフさんでしたが、こんな素晴らしい対応初めてかも

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ auからソフトバンクに携帯を最近変えたのですが、店員の方が親切に対応して頂き嬉しかったです。ソフトバンクの携帯の移行操作がなかなか出来ず困っていましたが、その都度店に聞きに行くと店員の方が丁寧に対応して頂きました。auでは、店員の嫌な対応しかされてないので変えて正解でした。
