な	なな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で問い合わせました。佐藤さんという男性でした。販売はそちらで案内を受けた通りにしていたので、マイページからできないことを、問い合わせるとお客様センターへと一点張りに口調も強めで言ってきました。なぜ契約の時に言って頂けないのですか？と言うと自分じゃないのでと言って逃げるように思えました。電話の途中もこちらの声が聞こえなかったのか全然聞こえませんけど、何を言ってるかわかりませんよとまで。少なくとも電話が遠いという言葉を知らないのかとガッカリしました。最後まで対応してくださらないのでここはおすすめしません。二度と電話するもんか！ I inquired by phone.
