★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日ゲーム機器を購入したのですがレジ対応のアルバイトの方が笑顔もあまりなく、言葉も早口で聞き取りにくかったです。隣にいた研修生の方のほうが丁寧な対応だったと思います。
私も接客業をしていますが客側としてあまり気持ちの良いものではありませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日来店したら、2日間棚卸しのため売り場縮小していてロープが張られており入れない。入り口などにも一切記載なし。結局入れないため商品を一切見れずに帰りました。完全な無駄足！コロナ禍のせいなのか分かりませんが、棚卸しって営業時間外にやるもんだと思ってました。色々な理由から元々別の家電量販店利用してますが、接客から売り場からヤマダってやっぱりダメだなと感じました。
When I came to the store today, the sales floor was shrinking due to inventory for 2 days and the rope was stretched so I couldn't enter. There is no description at the entrance. After all, I couldn't put it in, so I went home without seeing any of the products. Completely useless legs! I don't know if it's because of the corona wreck, but I thought I would take an inventory and do it outside business hours. For various reasons, I originally used a different electronics retail store, but I felt that Yamada was no good from the customer service floor.
