天ぷらはカラッとあがってなく、、、ちと残念。
キッチン3人 ホール１人
お茶や蕎麦湯等頼もうとしても、お座敷にホールスタッフが行ってしまうと、頼みようがない、呼んでも、キッチンスタッフは出て来ない。
かゆいところに手が届かないもどかしい接客。
スリッパ履いて店内へ、、他の方も書いてますが、コロナ&衛生面で、、、、

頂きました。
天婦羅、店の雰囲気は良かったのですが
写メでもわかると思いますが蕎麦の長さが殆どが40㎜位と短くちぎれていました。
独りで13時に入店しましたが
残りカスを出されたみたいな感覚です。
一見さんだからですかね？
長い蕎麦を啜る事で喉ごし噛む時の風味を味わえるので、とても残念でした。

蕎麦も汁もかをりは穏やか、天ぷらはキレイな揚がり具合。天つゆはこぶのかをりしっかり、塩味がたった汁で甘さはなく、天ぷらを塩で頂きたいと思っていたのでまァ丁度といった感じ。

The soba and soup are mild, and the tempura is beautifully fried. Tentsuyu is a firm, salty juice that is not sweet, and I wanted to have tempura with salt, so it was just right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鴨蕎麦を注文。つゆは甘め。ジューシーさはないですが甘味が深くて美味しいと思いました。
蕎麦はこういう種類なのか、とても細くコシはありません。葉を使わなくても食べれそうです。物足りなさは否めません。大盛りにすればいいかもしれませんが…
そば湯が出なかったのが残念です。こちらから言えばいいかもしれませんが、蕎麦屋ならそば湯が出るとこまでがセットだと思うので。
お店が新しく洒落てることを除くと、うーんリピはどうかなといった感じです。

天ぷらは、季節で違うと思いますが、素材が好みではないものがいくつか...。でも、食べてみたらとても美味しく、素材も良いものを使って揚げ方もそれを生かしていたと思います。
残念なのは、蕎麦が上品だったので大盛りにすればよかったかな？という点と、ホール担当の従業員さんはおひとりなのでしょうか？とても忙しそうで声を掛けるのを躊躇してしまいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店前の駐車場は3台程度しか停まらないですが、向かいの会社の昭栄さんの広大な駐車場が使えます。（という看板があるので許可済みかと）
外装も内装もとても綺麗です。
個室も2部屋あり多人数も使用できそうです。
蕎麦は手打ちだと思うのですがとても美味しかったです！天ぷらもサクサクで海老も大きかったです。
帰りにそばかりんとうを買ってコーヒーのお供にしました。甘過ぎない優しい味でした！
