とても美味しいお蕎麦が食べられるので、タイミングが合ったときはよく行きます！
ぼそっとした感じで香りが楽しめるお蕎麦がとても美味しいです。
ただ、おつゆがとても少ないので、蕎麦湯を飲むときには殆ど無くなってしまうのがさみしく感じます。（これは、私の食べ方が悪いのかもしれませんが、、）
店内奥には和箪笥があって、他にも色々こだわりを感じる店内装飾も楽しめます。全体的に和のテイスト。
お蕎麦を食べて、神田川沿いを歩く。
素敵なお店です。

路地裏にひっそりと佇む、隠れ家的なお蕎麦屋さんです。
ランチで数回行きましたが、どのセットもとても美味しいですが、季節の天ぷらと鮭のごはんが美味しかったです。
ランチは火、金、土、日しか営業していません。
個室もあり、テーブル席は3席、カウンターがあります。
今度は夜に行ってみたいです。

オシャレな空間です。
天井を見ると、もともと倉庫だったのかな？と思いました。
予約をしている方が数組。
遠方から来るのであれば、予約しておいたほうが良いでしょう。
炊き込みご飯セット1100円を頼みました。
平日のみのお昼セットで、数量限定です。
小鉢二品

蕎麦(ざるorかけ)
温かい蕎麦茶が美味しいです。
小鉢は、こんにゃくと蓮根。
レベルが高いです。
幾つか一品料理がありますが、それも美味しいでしょうね。
日本酒も豊富ですので、蕎麦前に良さそうです。
炊き込みご飯の具は鮭。
しっとりしていて旨い。
茨城県常陸秋そば
十割です。
豊かな風味を味わえました。
適度なコシで、喉越しが良いです。
こういった本格的なお店にしては、量が多めで食べ応えありました。
ですが、次回からは大盛りで、蕎麦を満喫したいと思います。
そばの汁は、バランスの良い味付け。
主張し過ぎるところがなく、蕎麦を引き立てます。
蕎麦湯はさらり。
汁との相性もバッチリ。
山葵と白ネギも使います。
