S	Shingo Matsumoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リピーターです。１貫＝１個。シャリは単なる酢飯ではなく出汁を入れているのか凄まじく美味しく感じます。シャリをネタにした寿司を食べたいくらいですがシャリの量は少なめなのでつい色々頼んでしまいます。ネタはマグロ系、貝類に力を入れているように感じました。旬の魚のメニューも豊富です。2019年11月下旬に行った時は香箱蟹があり、見た目も美しく盛られ味もとても美味しい逸品でした。また茶碗蒸しもとても美味しいです。日本酒メニューも豊富で銘柄毎におちょこを選ばせてもらえます。カウンターだと板前さんたちが気さくに話しかけてくれます。店内はいつ行っても地元の方々で賑わっていて良い雰囲気です。板前さん含め従業員さんたちの高齢化が気になりますが、健康に気をつけて長く続けて頂きたいです。 It is a repeater. 1 stick = 1 piece. K	K Iwanami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鮨やなぎ歴史ある町寿司！平日の11:10 1人で利用江戸川橋にある、老舗のお寿司屋です。カウンター、テーブル、小上がり席があります。内階段があるので、2階もあるかもしれません。歴史を感じる、落ち着いた店内の雰囲気。ちらし1人前1020円(税込み) おわん、フルーツ付き生の本まぐろ赤身漬け、タコ、エビ、サーモン、玉子焼き、ホタテ、椎茸、蒲鉾など。バランス良く仕上がっている、ちらしでした。手抜きがなく、卒が無いという感じです。酢飯もあまり効きすぎず、固すぎたりもせず、とても食べやすかったです。毎日豊洲に仕入れに行っているというだけあって、タネも良い状態です。まぐろは、もっとたくさん食べたいと思いました。お椀エビの頭3つ、出汁が出ていてあっさりめの味付け。フルーツは、キュウイ、リンゴ、オレンジフルーツも美味しかったですが、個人的には無くても良いと思いました。一見一人でも気楽に入れました。レベルの高い町寿司です。地域に根差し、常連さんも多そうですね。 Sushi Yanagi Historical town sushi!
