I	Izumi Risingxmoon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十割蕎麦なのにこんなにお安く美味しくて良いの！？うちはもりしかないんですよ〜と丁寧にお品書きを案内頂いて、速攻でセット大盛り！と注文してしまいました。もりそば以外にも一品一品丁寧に作られ、お料理を出す毎に丁寧な案内をしてもらいました。味も美味しくやっぱり蕎麦の香りの良い十割蕎麦は美味しいなと思いました。蕎麦湯もわざわざそば粉を溶いてトロトロの濃いのを出してくださいます。前後しましたが、セットの最初の品が出てくるまで、蕎麦を乾燥させたおつまみをいただいて待ちます。付け合わせにお吸い物、デザートまで蕎麦にこだわっていてどれも美味しく、本当にこのお値段で良いの？と思う内容です。新そばシーズンになったらまた青木峠を越えてでも行きたいお店です。正直こだわりのあるお店は色々とお作法が小難しかったり、お値段もさることながら敷居が高いことが多いのですが、ここではおおらかに優しいおもてなしをしていただきました。ご夫婦で経営されてるとてもアットホームなお店です。私も間違えてしまったのですが、駐車場はお店から見て右斜め向かいの角地にあります。4、5台停められそうなスペースです。私はお店？ご自宅？の方へ車を突っ込んでしまって、大変ご迷惑をおかけしてしまったので(汗)参考になれば。 Even though it's 100% buckwheat noodles, it's good that it's so cheap and delicious! ??
