★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遺産相続の為、亡くなった母の残高証明を発行してもらおうと訪問したが、1時間以上待たされた結果、どの支店にも口座は存在しないと言われた。
他支店で再度調べてもらったら、口座は存在していて残高証明も投資信託の残高証明も発行してもらえることとなった。
何をどのように調べるとこの違いが起きるのか。
しっかりと教育すべき。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅チカで便利です。ATMがかなりの台数あるのでお金の出し入れならほとんど待つことはないです。
他の手続きに関して、窓口のある三井住友銀行はこのあたりではここだけなので、多少待つと思います。手続きでどの窓口にいったらいいかわからない場合は入り口近くの行員さんに聞くと丁寧に案内してもらえます。

シャッターを閉める際、近くにお客様が居るのに、早く窓口を閉めたいらしく、「シャッターを閉めてください!」を連呼。
50台後半くらいのメガネの男性でした。
また、昨日も同店舗も行きましたが、その際も、客をあしらう行員が居ました。
仕事での利用が無ければ、二度と行かない最低レベルの店舗。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 府中のフォーリスの一角の1、2階に店舗が入っています。2018年11月頃に1,2階のフロアーが改装され、同行の新宿支店のように白基調の内装になりました。
現金自動預払機ATMは1階の壁際にずらりと並んでいるので、月末や年末年始などを除けばあまり待つことなく利用できるのではと思います。→内装の変更時からなのか定かではありませんが,2019年1月現在,ATMの台数が減り、10台になりました。記帳専用はこれとは別にあります。
有人窓口ですが、1階と2階に別れてあります。
1階の有人窓口は、1階入口入って左手の方にあり、こちらは簡易な対応用の窓口(いわゆるハイカウンター)です.
2階の有人窓口は、もう少し込み入った手続きや相談などで利用するところになっています。特にこちらの有人窓口は数に限り(6ブース)があるので、待ち時間がかかるケースが多い印象です。それでも、事前に予約するとか,来店時間を工夫するとかで、だいぶ緩和できるかもしれません。なお,内容によっては2階の別室に案内されます.それと,改装により、待合スペースがかなり広くなりました。また、バックオフィスが待合スペースからは見えなくなったのも最近の金融機関の内装のトレンドをフォローしているように思います。
ちなみに,2階フロアーはフォーリス側からも入れます.
2階には,貸金庫(半自動タイプ)があります.貸金庫の利用時間は9時~15時までとなっています.貸金庫利用にあたってはカードを読み取り機に挿入し、暗証番号を入力して金庫室に入るようになっています.改装により待合スペースの座席の向きが変わったこともあり、貸金庫室に入室する際にもあまり気にしなくて良い感じです(従来は,貸金個室に入る際には,その背中には多くの待っている方の視線が...という具合でしたので,改善しましたね).

There is a safe deposit box (semi-automatic type) on the 2nd floor. The safe deposit box is available from 9:00 to 15:00. To use the safe deposit box, insert the card into the reader and enter your PIN to enter the safe deposit box. Due to the renovation, the orientation of the seats in the waiting space has changed, so you don't have to worry too much when entering the safe deposit box (conventionally, when entering a private safe deposit box, there are many on the back. 全くいい加減だ!何度足を運ばせる!?だから三井住友は嫌いなんだ。だから一度解約した!たいした事ない接客ばかりしやがって!!!府中店だけかも知れんがやはり解約して正解!私には合わない。私はここに口座は作らない。インターネットバンキングでサービスがいいと思ったがダメだここは以上。
