それも隠されており、契約の相手の名前を見て初めて気づきました。
どうやら身内の社員が有利になるように対応していたようです。
公平に対応してくれていると思っていたのにがっかりです。

電話して話を聞くと、店長と名乗る人が
「指導ができてませんでした」
「申し訳ありません」
と毎回同じ回答をするだけ。
ポスティング業者への指導も出来ない会社です。
