★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 視力検査をする女性の方がとても無愛想で感じが悪くとても不愉快ですが休日に診察している眼科がなく仕方がないときに利用した事があります。先日子供が視力の再検査を学校から言い渡され診察してもらったところ、先生が臨時の女医で診察室入ると初めから明かりをつける事なく暗闇でこの視力だと黒板が見えてるわけがない、お母さんはノートをチェックした方がいい、ちゃんと書けてないからと決めつけるように散々に言われ診察室を出た子供はショックで泣きました。私もこんな医師を見た事がなく絶句しました。この病院は休日診療してくれる所だからしょうがなく行っていましたがもう二度と行きたくない親子共々トラウマになってしまいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メガネとコンタクトを作るために行きましたが、対応は普通～やや雑な感じでした。受付の方は親切丁寧なのに、検査や診察がいまいち、です。

忙しい時間帯だったからかもしれませんが、こんなことで来ないでよ、言われました。
コンタクトが合わず結膜炎になったときも厳しい言葉を浴びせられただけで、数秒で部屋から出されました。なんの相談もさせてもらえず、毎回テキトウで診断に不安しかありません。
It's normal for people to do eye tests, but the female teacher in the doctor's office is so ill-mannered that she doesn't see her properly.
Maybe it was a busy time, but I was told not to come because of this.
When I couldn't make contact and had conjunctivitis, I was just exposed to harsh words and was taken out of the room in a few seconds. I can't consult with you, and I'm only worried about the diagnosis every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 娘(7歳)と花粉症の症状でしょ診察に来たが女医の態度が悪すぎる。
薬は先生と相談して下さいと受付で言われたので、長〜い待ち時間を経て診察室に入ったが、機嫌が悪そうな態度で、ボソボソ言って何を言ってるのか解らず
運転の仕事なので薬も相談したかったが、診察後、「出しときましたから」の一言で、相談も何も無かった。
錠剤なのか、顆粒なのか、娘の薬についても何も相談もありませんでした。
この病院は二度と来ないです

I wanted to talk about medicines because it was a driving job, but after the examination, I said "I've got it out" and there was no consultation.
I didn't have any consultation about my daughter's medicine, whether it was a tablet or granules.
This hospital will never come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が目をとても痛がり、平日18時過ぎで他院が閉まっていたのでこちらに伺い受け付けをしようとした所、受け付けの方に「今日は混んでてかなり待ちますよ。」と言われそれは承知の上と思ったんですが、続けて言われたのが「他の病院に行った方が良いと思いますよ。先生も私達も帰る時間がありますので」と。
受け付け時間内に急いで行ったのにこの対応はないのでは…。

視力検査の担当者も診察の方もコンタクト処方の方もどなたも丁寧で優しくスピーディーに対応して頂けてとても好印象でした。
During the busy hours on Sunday, I went to see a doctor for contact prescription.
I was very impressed by the fact that the person in charge of the vision test, the doctor, and the contact prescription were all polite, kind, and speedy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日眼鏡からコンタクトに変えるために行きました。20歳男、初診です。土日の昼という事もあり混雑し、12時ごろに受付をしましたがコンタクトを買う時は14時頃だったと記憶しています。
午前の受付終了は現在12:30。午後の受付開始は14時と、ほぼ滑り込みのような状態で医師の方々は大変忙しかったと思います。
しかし受付の女性もお医者様も嫌な顔をせず、中々コンタクトを付けられなかった私にも丁寧な対応をして頂けました。コンタクトを選ぶ際の説明はやや少ないですが、最低限必要な説明は押さえておりこちらのニーズ通りのものを選べました。(乱視、酸素透過性)
来院者の中には耳が少し聞こえずらい方がいらっしゃいましたが、お医者様は真摯な案内をされており、たいへん好感が持てます。
コロナが流行していた時期は予約など変化の対応に追われピリピリしていたかも知れませんが、今はそんなことはありません。
アクセスもいい場所ですので、選択肢としては申し分ないかと。

However, neither the female receptionist nor the doctor looked unpleasant, and I was able to respond politely to me, who could not make contact with me. There are few explanations when choosing contacts, but I have kept the minimum necessary explanations and I was able to choose the one that meets my needs. (Astigmatism, oxygen permeability)
Some of the visitors were a little hard to hear, but the doctors gave me sincere guidance and I really like it.
During the corona epidemic, I might have been busy responding to changes such as reservations, but now that's not the case.
It's a good place to access, so it's a perfect choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は院長が不在で代わりの中高年女性が対応したが無愛想で不快だった。コンタクトレンズの対応した男も終始、無愛想かつ面倒くさそうな態度。以前対応した女性は親切丁寧だったが休みだったのか辞めたのか分からないが、ここはほぼ年中無休だからあんな態度になるのか。
コンタクトの診察はもうここでは受けたくない
