★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二階の窓口の担当の人は、よくある無駄なオプションをすすめてくる事は無いのですが、一階にグイグイすすめて来る人は居るので星4つです。
Although the person in charge of the window on the second floor does not recommend common and useless options, there are some people who recommend Guigui on the first floor, so it is four stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内ガラガラなのに窓口で出金してもらえず、ATMで処理するように言われました。混んでいるなら仕方ないのだけど出金伝票も書いて順番を待ってから言われるのって、ショックです。
ちなみにキャッシュカード持っていなくて出金できず大変困りました。
Even though it was a rattle in the store, I was not able to withdraw money at the counter and was told to process it at an ATM. It can't be helped if it's crowded, but it's a shock to be told after writing a withdrawal slip and waiting for your turn.
By the way, I was in trouble because I couldn't withdraw money because I didn't have a cash card.
