生でも食べられるから、焼きすぎないようにとアドバイスを頂きました。

築地には色々とお店があり また鮭を扱うお店もこちらだけでなく たくさんあります。
そんな中 お葉書にもあるように「色々な店をかき分けて」行きます。
勝手なお願いを申すようですがお葉書だけでなく 葉書持参の人には 割引等の特典が有るといいなあと思います。毎年そう思っておりました。

店先の鮭に惹かれて見ると「築地だるま」なるものが鈴なりに。築地ならではのオリジナルのかわいいだるまが買えます。
今回、だるまだけしか購入してないのに嫌な顔ひとつせず感じ良く対応していただけました。
紅鮭、時鮭、辛口、甘口など鮭の種類が豊富なので次回は鮭にチャレンジしたい。
