お店自体はとても年季が入っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元に根付いた昔からあるラーメン屋さんの風情です。名物は肉ラーメン。豚肉とキクラゲ、筍をトロミを付けて仕上げたアンがたっぷり乗っています。醤油ベースに細めの縮れ麺。トロミは冬場寒い地域ならではの工夫でしょうか。醤油ベースのシンプルなラーメンに、肉アンの旨味がからみ、素朴な手作り感と手頃な価格で地元の人に愛されるお店ですね。カウンター中心ですが、ゆったりとした幅があり、ローカルな個人店のオペレーションなので、大人数での来店等には向きません。

Although it is centered on the counter, it has a spacious width and is operated by a local private store, so it is not suitable for large numbers of visitors.

はほんとにおいしいです。
呑んだあと、ものすごく優しい味で甘い餡が癖になります。
醤油ベースと非常にバランスがいいです。
深夜にも関わらずガンガン食べて満足でした。
またお邪魔します。
