T	Tofu sniper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/04/10 蛤塩を注文しました。出てきたのは醤油かな。最近まで住んでた茨城の鹿島灘で採れるハマグリを食べていたので提供された貝は三重直送の冷凍かなと。貝の身に弾力がない。貝出汁ラーメンには私は沢山の思い入れあります。ここでは話しませんが。これまでの経験から、日本ラーメン協会理事の方のお店で提供されていたハマグリは本物でした(もっと安い値段で身に歯ごたえあります)。浅草に出店している福島の若武者の岩塩ラーメンの出汁も複数種類(記憶によれば8種類)の貝出汁も美味しかったです。無理に冷凍を使ってまでのバエを狙わない方がよいかな。関東や南東北のレベルにはまだまだです。辛口で申し訳ないです。地元に愛されているなら良いではないか。私の中では3.4。ここの評価は今の時点でみんなの平均で4.2です。1400円くらい。他の人の言っている、青森でもトップクラスは懐疑的です。 2021/04/10 I ordered clam salt.
