d	doro119 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ にぼにぼのスープは一瞬た◯はしを感じさせる。えぐみを消して食べやすさが増した感じ。中華そばはあっさり系煮干しで甘さがあり。ジンタケの担々麺を食いそびれたので木造繋がりで挑戦したが概ね満足。 Nibonibono soup makes you feel a momentary chopsticks. It feels like Egumi has disappeared and the ease of eating has increased. Chinese noodles are lightly boiled and sweet. I tried to tie the wooden noodles of Jintake, so I tried it with a wooden connection, but I was generally satisfied.
W	Wataru Takashima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家系のようにこってり系な口当たりのスープですが煮干しを前面に押し出しているだけあってしっかり味がしています。替え玉もあるのがうれしいところ。チャーシュー丼は個人的に当たりでした。早い時間だった為か小分けで温めていたスープがぬるかったのが少し残念。またメニューにはないですが「この豚野郎ラーメン」というどこかで聞いたようなラーメンもあるようです。 It is a soup with a mouth-watering taste like a family line, but it has a solid taste because it is simply pushed out from the front. I'm glad there is a replacement. Sir Charshew was a personal hit. It was a little disappointing that the soup that was warmed in small portions was wet because it was an early time. Also, although it is not on the menu, there seems to be a ramen that I heard somewhere called “this pork ramen”.

The plain hot water is not beautiful, but there is plenty of room for improvement. It's not bad. Adding chopped yuzu or yuzu pepper may be a good accent. Unlike the first noodles, the replacement balls were whole grain noodles. It was good to eat two kinds of noodles.

I don't know if it was, but it's a thin soup that seems to have forgotten to add the sauce. It tastes nothing but the saltiness of the default char siu. No revisit.

Tsukemen is a particularly rich mixed fish and tonkotsu broth. The owner also frequently offers special/seasonal ramens on a limited basis, most recently a jiro-kei. Lots of choices here (both noodle and soup types) so I recommend stopping by if you're in the area!
