★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あっさり系の煮干中華そばの中では、個人的に頂点。
上品に澄み切ったスープは、あっさりしながらもしっかりと煮干が主張している。
チャーシューが絶品。
あまりに美味しいので、お土産でチャーシューを買って帰るんだけど、お店で食べる方が数段美味しい。
スープと麺とチャーシューのバランスが絶妙なのだろう。
だから、単品で食べるとその味が生きない。あくまでも私見。
正油らーめんが美味し過ぎて、他のメニューに手を出したことがない。

平日の昼、満席でした。
外にもお客さん待ってる人気店。
あっさりした煮干し出汁でシンプルに旨い。
チャーシューと麺とスープのバランスがいい。
チャーシューが凄く美味しい。
今度はちぢれ麺でも頂きたい。
地元に愛されてる感があり地元の方がうらやましい。

青森で多いガッツリした煮干しではなく優しい煮干しのスープでつい飲み過ぎてしまいます！
もちもち麺で美味しく頂きました。

美味しいという声をよく聞きますし、リピーターが多くお客さんもよく入ってる印象です。訪れた際も駐車場がいっぱいでした。
スープは洗練されて美味しいですが、今ひとつインパクトに欠けるかなと感じました。店長オススメの中太麺も若干柔らかめでイマイチでした。
ライスと半ライスどちらも50円だったのが印象的でした。
(量は知らない。)
店内は清掃が行き届いて凄く清潔感があります。

キャッシュレスはpaypay以外は現金オンリーです。
昔ながらの煮干し系ラーメンです。
客層は地元の高齢者層が多い感じです。
ラーメンは煮干しの味が程よく効いており、特別美味しいわけではありませんが、飽きが来ない何度も食べられる家庭的な味。
リピーターが多い店です。
