会津若松エリアでは、メジャーじゃない会津坂下。お酒好きの間では有名な場所でもあります。ここはあの有名なラーメン評論家の方のご出身だそうで、あの方が好きな地元のラーメンはここみたいです。ある意味聖地なこちらのお店へ。冷たいラーメンと温かいのとこどんぶりをオーダー。
山形のとはまた違った太めの麺の冷たいラーメンとっても美味しかった！
近くても麺の太さもスープも米沢エリアとは違うので、この味を求めて再訪しますなー

脂浮きしていない、スッキリとしたスープ。シコシコ麺がたっぷりめに入っている。
具はシンプル。
硬めのチャーシュー、シナチク、玉ねぎ。
一気に食べちゃった。
この時期だからか玉ねぎが甘くて美味しかった。

なので夏だけでなく冬も冷やしラーメンが食べられます。
近くの病院に行ったときたまたま座った地元の奥さん方に聞いて来ました❗でも行ったことないそうです?
あとから奥さん方、来ました❗
氷が入っているのに溶けても味わいは変わらない。
スープは黄金色で出汁も効いてます。麺は縮れが強くない、どこか喜多方ラーメンに近いのかなと思います。
駐車場?️は店の向かって左側に縦長にありますので他のお客さんを考え車間距離を開けて停めましょう。
