知り合いの噂を聞いて行ってきました 場所は分かり辛い所にあるのでマップを参照して下さい 11時30分からopenでしたので開店狙っていきました 多分父と息子さん二人で切り盛りされているかと思います カウンター席しかなく店内は狭い 7席ほど テレビは正面にあるのですがカウンターからはほぼ見えないかもしれません。 板蕎麦と天ぷらを注文 お蕎麦は300gあるそうです 丁寧に木箱から出して茹でてました。 まっている間にチャーシューのこま切れ肉が最初に出てきて その後に お待たせしました! 板蕎麦セットの方?と聞かれ・・・あれ セット頼んでないんだけどと思いながらも小鉢類を頂きました 多分最初からセットなのだと思います その後に天ぷらが来ましたがあまりのボリュームに笑っちゃいました その日はオクラ、アケビ、ナス、ミョウガ カボチャみたいで たんまりのボリュームで150円 安すぎです その後 オボンに乗らないくらいの板蕎麦登場 小鉢類を寄せないと乗りませんでした(笑) アットホームな雰囲気で満足でした しいて言えば蕎麦のつけ汁が味が濃くて蕎麦の味が分かり辛かったです 次回行くときは薄めにできるか聞いてみたいと思います

家族で営業しているため、席数が6席ほどですが、肉そばが美味しかったです!大盛は100円で1.5〜2倍を選べます。天ぷらが200円でこのボリュームが嬉しいです。りんご?の天ぷら初めて食べました?

美味しいお蕎麦を食べたくて、平日午後1時頃訪問。座席数6席しかないので座れたらラッキーかなと訪問した中、ちょうど2席空いてました。食べたかった手打ちの蕎麦、板そばはなく、肉そばと中華そばを頼みました。こちらのお店、お蕎麦の前に5品ほどの小鉢がつくのでメインのお蕎麦が来るまで小鉢で楽しめます。お蕎麦やさんの中華そばも美味しかったです。次はざる蕎麦食べたいと思いますが、手打ちそばは予約した方がいいとのことです。メインの手打ちそばが食べたいときは予約しておくか開店早々に行くのがおすすめです。メニューの、200円天婦羅のボリュームがよくコスパよしです。いつでも手打ちそばを、食べれるなら又行きたいなと思います。

カウンター席しかない小さなお店です。ご家族でやっていると思われますが、お母さんが奥の自宅で天麩羅を揚げ、息子さんが蕎麦を茹で、お父さんはその他というような、とても心温まる接客です。 山形板そばのイメージは、ボキボキと固いのですが、ここはそれほどでもなく、何より天麩羅200円でボリューム大。小鉢も3つもあり、お腹いっぱいになります。

SNSの投稿で知った蕎麦屋「手打ちそば忠士」さん。美味しかったけど写真撮り忘れたそうで、それでは自分で確かめよう!と訪問してみました(*^^)v 麺類は好きなので、食べログ等で麺屋さんのお店は検索してたのですが、全く知らなかったお店。なので、余計行ってみたくなったんですよね(*^^*) お目当ては「肉中華」 手打ちそば屋さんなのに(笑) なぜ肉中華かと言うと、こちら忠士さんは「山形そば」のお店。そして肉中華は、あの天童の銘店「水車」の「鳥中華」のことなんです。 鳥中華、かれこれ3年以上は食べてないので、天童まで行かずとも同等の味を楽しめるなら、と楽しみに訪問した次第です(#^.^#) 席はカウンターのみなので、座って配膳を待ちます。先に運ばれてきたのが、4つの小鉢が載ったお盆。事前に投稿で知ってましたが、知らないと驚きですよね(^^;) 多分ですが、山形の板そばは配膳前に「イカゲソ」が運ばれて、それを肴にお酒を吞んで蕎麦で〆る!と言う習慣があるので、イカゲソ代わりに戴けるものかと思われます。 肉中華の着丼を待って、小鉢には箸を付けず。チョイと時間はかかりましたが、無事に着丼(笑) しかし、見た目は鳥中華とは違いますね(;・∀・) まず、表面に鶏脂が浮いてません。すっきりしたスープです。また、鶏肉の部位は同じですが量が結構少ない。そして、刻み海苔が無い。 少しがっかりしましたが、まずはスープを一口。ん?鶏出汁が効いてて美味しい! 見た目は若干違いますが、しっかり鳥中華の基本に忠実な味わいです。 麺は、鳥中華と同様中細縮れ麺。コシの軟らかさもそのまま。スープとよく合いますね(*^^)v 鶏肉は、これまた鳥中華同様柔らかい鶏モモ肉のスライス。すんなり噛み切れる柔らかさにも、ちゃんと歯応えも味わえる火通し加減が絶妙。本場同様の量が欲しくなります(笑) 食べた感想は、鳥中華をベースに独自の改良を加えた中華そば。もちろん、味は問題なしの美味しさです。 ちなみに、手打ちそばは12時30分頃の来店時には、既に売切れ。数量が少ないため、事前に予約しないとほぼ食べられないようです(;^_^A 次回は、予約して手打ちそばを食べてみますね!

13:30過ぎ訪問。車は店の前に3台位止めれそう?運良くお客さんはいませんでした。 手打ちそばは1人前残ってるとのこと。 山形で食べた冷たい鶏そばがすごく美味しかった思い出があり、お邪魔しました。 小鉢の種類と量が多い。 鳥チャーシューの細切れもつきました。 鶏そばを食べました。 あとからわかったのですが、鶏そばのそばは山形から仕入れてるものだそうです。 手打ちそばは板そばとざるそばのみ。 とりそばのスープと鳥チャーシューは美味しかったです。 ネギの切り方をもう少し細めか白髪ネギのようだともっと美味しいのでは スープがキンキンに冷たいと嬉しいです。 天ぷら200円はお得ですね。 次は手打ちそばとゲソ天を頼もう。
