麺もつゆも、蕎麦湯も美味しかったです。
夏季は温かいメニューがお休みなのでまた秋ころに行ってみたいです。
I got the popular Ita soba! The small size was perfect for me.
The noodle soup and soba hot water were delicious.
The warm menu is closed in the summer, so I would like to go there again in the fall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥中華を注文。イメージは普通の中華ですが具がゴボウと鶏肉。よく言うシネ肉かと思いきやかなり柔らかかったですがすごいしょっぱかったです。感想はきりたんぽ鍋の汁でラーメンを作った、かな？
I ordered tori chuka. The image is ordinary Chinese food, but the ingredients are burdock and chicken. I thought it was cine meat, which I often say, but it was quite soft, but it was very salty. My impression is that I made ramen with the soup of Kiritanpo pot.

I had Tori soba. The chewy and delicious soba noodles, the gentle soup taste, and the smiling customer service of Mr. Kami were impressive.

I got a hand made of duck buckwheat. Both juice and soba were delicious, and the juice was the place I wanted to take home with plenty. However, if green onion is baked it will be even more delicious! A

十割そばは高いことが多いけど、平日限定ランチセットは選べるミニ丼(天丼、かき揚げ丼、牛丼など)がついて900円ととてもリーズナブルだ。
つゆもさっぱりとしておいしい。
追記 メニューが新しくなり、ランチや天ぷら類がなくなり、きりたんぽ入り鳥そばや中華そばがメニューに加わりました。天かすは好きなだけかけられます。
きりたんぽ鳥そば1,000円をいただきました。鳥だしがきりたんぽと合い美味しかったです。そばはちょっとゆですぎでくたくたでした、、こしがあったほうがいいですね。
接客は親切でした。
A rare 100% soba restaurant in Akita
100% buckwheat noodles are often expensive, but the weekday limited lunch set is very reasonable at 900 yen with a mini bowl (tendon, kakiage bowl, beef bowl, etc.) that you can choose.
The soup is refreshing and delicious.
Postscript The menu has been renewed, lunch and tempura have disappeared, and chicken soba with kiritanpo and Chinese soba have been added to the menu. You can put as many tenkasu as you like.
I received 1,000 yen for Kiritanpo Torisoba. The chicken stock was delicious with the kiritanpo. The buckwheat was a little too boiled and wasted, it's better to have some stiffness.
The customer service was kind.

板蕎麦と鶏中華の両方に引かれましたが、鶏中華そば大盛700円を頂きました。
スープは山形の寿々喜そば屋の鶏中華を彷彿とさせる芋煮っぽい風味の醤油味で良い味です。麺はオーソドックスな細縮れ麺。具には鶏肉とささがきのゴボウ、葱が乗ります。
美味しく完食しました。
次は板蕎麦を頂きたいと思います。
接客も丁寧で好感度高いです。
A soba restaurant in Yamagata, which is rare in Akita. This is my first visit.
I was drawn to both Ita soba and chicken Chinese noodles, but I received a large serving of chicken Chinese noodles for 700 yen.
The soup has a good taste with soy sauce flavored like imoni, which is reminiscent of chicken Chinese food at Yamagata's Susuki Sobaya. The noodles are orthodox crispy noodles. Chicken, burdock root, and green onion are used as ingredients.
It was delicious and finished.
Next, I would like to have soba noodles.
The customer service is also polite and highly likable.
