 The noodles have a nice throat, the slightly sweet soup with knots, the carefully fried tempura, and the lightness is very satisfying. We also recommend fried chicken set meals for those who eat well!

I visited several times, but I couldn't enter because the parking lot was full, but I finally entered the store today. I ordered a fried fried soba set menu that had a lot of reviews and it was delicious. Fried chicken is recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田では数少ない『茶蕎麦』を味わう事が出来ます。秋田駅裏にあった頃より人気店でした。駐車場が狭いので店の前に路上駐車が多いですがやむを得ません。セットメニューもあり満足度も高いです。親方の料理の段取りに脱帽です。
In Akita, you can taste a few 'tea buckwheat'. It was a popular shop more than when I was behind Akita station. Because the parking lot is narrow, there are many street parking in front of the shop, but it is inevitable. There is also a set menu and satisfaction is high. Visit for lunch. The soba set meal for lunch was great. Choose the hot and cold buckwheat and select a set of chicken or sashimi. Tuna was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ツルツルで緑色の茶そばのお店。秋田でも人気で平日もかなり混んでおり、路上駐車禁止と書いてあるがしている車もある。満席だと名前を書いて待つが手洗いをしてから入店。唐揚げや刺身のつく、そば定食を頼んだ。そばは冷やかけにしてツルツルの食感を味わった。カリカリの唐揚げは揚げたてで肉からは熱々の脂が出る。ご飯もつくのでお腹いっぱい。小鉢のひじきも美味しかった。

If it is full, write your name and wait, but after washing your hands, enter the store. I ordered a soba set meal with fried chicken and sashimi. The buckwheat was chilled and had a smooth texture. The crispy fried chicken is freshly fried and the meat produces hot fat. I'm full because I also have rice. The hijiki seaweed in a small bowl was also delicious.
