★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田で蕎麦やさんってなかなかないですよね。
太め歯ごたえあるお蕎麦。
特筆すべきは揚げたてサクサクの天ぷらですね。めちゃくちゃ美味しいですねこの天ぷら。
冷やし３味、ネギ蕎麦、トロロ蕎麦も美味い。
お値段抑えめ。利益得られるギリギリの価格設定だと思います。
あとちゃんと駐車場も台数多めに用意されているところが感心させられます。
総合的に考えて☆５で良いでしょう。

メニューが沢山あるので何を食べるか悩んでしまいます。
ボリュームも意外にあるほうかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カレー丼とそば、とろろ天そばをいただきました。なんと言ってもそばが旨い。かなりかみ応えのある蕎麦。冷やしだからか少し濃いめのツユもバッチリ合う。カレー丼はやはり普通のカレーライスとは違う味わい。和出汁が効いてるのかな？かけそばでしたが、ソバつゆをいただけたので冷やし汁に入れると出汁がより感じられる程よい温度になって、美味しく締められた。
We had curry bowl and soba, and Tororo Tensoba. Soba is delicious after all. A very chewy buckwheat noodle. Perhaps because it's chilled, the slightly darker broth goes perfectly. Curry rice has a different taste from ordinary curry rice. Is Japanese soup effective? It was Kakesoba, but since I had buckwheat soup, I put it in chilled soup and the temperature was so good that I could feel the dashi soup.

今も帰省すると欠かさずに食べに来ます。
実はこの店では冷たい蕎麦を食べた事がありません。ここの温かい蕎麦が大好物で、どんなに夏の暑い日でも熱々の蕎麦を汗を流しながら食べています。
蕎麦というのは熱いつゆに浸すと香りが飛んでしまう事が多いですが、ここの蕎麦は啜る度に香りが口の中に広がります。つゆ自体の味もとても美味しく、定期的に食べたくなる味なのです。
「ざる蕎麦でその店の味は分かる」というのはあるかも知れませんが、ぜひ一度はこの店の温かい蕎麦を食べてみて欲しいです。
お勧めは写真の高原そば。
高原そばに数切れのきりたんぽが入ったきりたんぽそばも美味しいです。

There may be a saying that "Zaru soba tells you the taste of the restaurant", but I definitely want you to try the warm soba noodles at this restaurant.

Kiritanpo soba with a few pieces of kiritanpo in the plateau soba is also delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本荘店を投稿したのですが、秋田市が本店と教えてもらい、初訪問。広い駐車場がほぼ満車で、しかも行列している事にビックリ！
先の投稿のコメントで、「ねぎそば（にんにく入り）」がおすすめ、と頂いたのでそちらをオーダー。
ネギの量が半端なく、まず見た目がかなりインパクトあります。ネギ好きなので、正直かなり嬉しいですね(^ ^)
蕎麦にニンニク、って初めてなので、若干心配でしてました。スープを一口飲んだんですが、ん？、にんにくの味がしない。あれ？と思ったら、ネギの下に大量のニンニクがありました。急いでスープにかき混ぜたら、これがスープと蕎麦にピッタリ合うんですね(o^^o)
麺は、少し太めで、コシは強過ぎず弱過ぎずの程よい硬さ。このスープに丁度良いですね。
ネギの甘辛さと、ニンニクの辛味と旨さ、そして程よい麺のコラボは最高ですね♪ お勧めする理由が、よく分かりました*\(^o^)/* これは、リピート確実です！

It was my first time to eat soba and garlic, so I was a little worried. I took a sip of soup, huh? , It doesn't taste like garlic. that? I thought, there was a lot of garlic under the green onions. If you stir it in the soup in a hurry, this is a perfect match for the soup and soba (o ^^ o)
The noodles are a little thick, and the firmness is not too strong and not too weak. It's just right for this soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そばと丼のセットでお腹いっぱい。セットのそばは温、冷が選べて+100円でザルにもできる。茶色っぽい蕎麦でザルよりもかけでいいかな。カレー丼やうな丼もある。漬け丼のマグロはねっとりでご飯が進む。
I'm full with a set of soba and rice bowl. You can choose hot or cold soba noodles for +100 yen to make a colander. I wonder if it's better to use brownish soba than a colander. There are also curry bowls and unadon bowls. The tuna in the pickled rice bowl is soggy and the rice goes on.

店内は食堂のような雰囲気で、店員さんの接客もGoodです。
冷やしスタミナ（冷やしネギそばをベースにトロロ+卵+刻みニンニク）大盛りを頂きました。
混ぜる前につゆを一口。鰹だしがかなり効いておいしいつゆです。
蕎麦は黒い田舎風で、ゆで加減は固くも柔らかくもなくコシがある絶妙さ。
唐辛子もデフォで入ってピリ辛風味です。ごま油の風味も少ししました。
蕎麦とニンニクの組み合わせは初めてでしたが悪くないです。お膳にガムが添えられていました（笑）
かなりアレンジしたメニューから入ってしまいましたが、冷やしたぬきや温かいそばも食べてみたいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも駐車場に車があって人気なんだなと思い訪問してみました。日曜日の昼のせいか、満員でした。カウンターと小上がり、テーブルがありました。私は冷やしたぬきそばをオーダー。麺はコシが強く、十割そば？かと。鰹出汁が強く私好みでした。そば湯も付いて美味しく頂きました。他の客はラーメンなども人気のようで頼んでいました。また、サタナビのアナウンサー等のサイン色紙もあり、改めて人気店なんだと思いました。
