た	たーりんりん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はっきり言います!ここは玄人向けです(^^) ラーメンを食べに食べに食べて辿り着く的な、年齢を重ねて、いろんな美味しいものを、食べに食べて辿り着いた結果、やっぱり和食! なおかつ、いろんなものを削ぎとって完成しました的な、良く言うとあっさり!さっぱり! 悪く言うと何かパンチが足りない! というラーメンです！自分にはまだ修行が足りないようで、後者でした(笑) 写真はコク辛そばですが、スタンダードでゆで上がりが、かなり柔らかかったので、頼む際は硬めを是非オススメします！バラ軟骨チャーシューと言われて、軟骨無理だ…という人でも大丈夫! 軟骨ホロッホロになってるので、トロトロチャーシューの部類です(^^) とにかくあっさりが食べたい！という人にオススメです！二郎系や家系、豚骨ラーメンや背脂といった聞いてるだけで、塩分高めのこってりが好きという人は、一番ジャンキーそうなコク辛そばでも物足りないと思います(笑) 平日でさえ、オープン前から大行列なので、しかも駐車場もすぐ埋まるので、早めがオススメです！カウンターのサラリーマンのお客さんは、飲み物の如くさっと食べて、さっと出てくので、回転率はクッソ早いので、少人数で行くとすぐ案内されるかもです(笑) To be clear!
