SU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になっていたラーメン屋さんで西ノ内に来たので入ってみました。チャーシュー麺と餃子いただきました。確かに白河ラーメンを思わせるラーメンでしたね。麺は白河ラーメンよりもちょっと細めでしたね。スープは煮干し系嫌いな自分にはもうちょっと薄目の方が良かったですけどね。もうちょっと薄味でも良かったですけどね。次回は塩味食べたみたいですね～ I came to Nishinouchi at a ramen shop I was interested in, so I went in. I had char siu noodles and dumplings. Certainly it was a ramen reminiscent of Shirakawa ramen. The noodles were a bit thinner than Shirakawa ramen. 尾	尾形政行 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 庶民的な感じで入りやすそうなラーメン屋さん【竹打ち麺工房　たかまる】さんへ初訪問しました。清潔感のある明るい店内はいい雰囲気です。通し営業されているのもいいですね。メニューはラーメン類、ご飯類、餃子など充実してますね❗ ワンタンが有るのが個人的には嬉しいところです? 「チャーシューワンタン麺」を頂きました。透明度のある醤油スープ、最初の方はかなり優しい味わいですが徐々に煮干しをベースにした魚介の出汁が感じられ塩分もいい感じに変わっていく美味しいスープです。お店自慢の竹打ちで造られた自家製中太縮れ麺は風味、喉越しもよく美味しい麺でした? 薄皮のふわとろワンタン、程よい歯ごたえのチャーシューとトッピングもGood? あっという間に完食です❗ あっさりな味わいを求めている方にはうってつけラーメンだと思います。他のラーメンも気になるのでまた伺いたいですね❗ ご馳走様でした?
