一	一堂想時 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 節系が強いあっさりしたラーメン。食べてる途中にコラーゲンぽいまったりしたものも感じられました。麺が手打ちとの事でしたが、作り方が上手いのかなかなか伸びない上に硬過ぎもせず、麺のクオリティは高く感じられました。以前、福島市にあったトクちゃんラーメンは麺がボロボロで凄く短く、醤油は節系の感じは少なかったのでこちらとは別物と言う感じがしました。 A light ramen with a strong knotty system. 尾	尾形政行 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「手打ち中華トクちゃんらーめん本店」さんへ? 以前、福島市にあった分店には伺ったことが有りますが本店は初訪問です。交通量の多い国道49号線とさくら通りの交差点近くにお店が有り車４台ほどの駐車場が有りますが出入りスペースが狭いのでかなり注意が必要ですね❗ 郡山の老舗ラーメン店の歴史を感じる佇まいは味があります。メニューは醤油ラーメン類、塩、味噌、つけ麺などが有り、今回は「手打ちワンタン麺」を頂きました。動物系と魚介出汁の醤油スープは昔ながらの感じがじんわり染み渡って来ますね。自家製中太縮れ麺の風味、茹で加減、スープの拾いも良く美味しいです。?具の少ない極薄皮のワンタンはふわとろ食感ですが、腰があるのか箸で持ち上げてもあまり破れる事は無くしっかりした皮の美味しいワンタンで印象的でした。ワンタンの量も多いのでワンタン好きとしては大満足です? 培われた手打ちの腕が麺とワンタンを頂いてとても感じることができる美味しいラーメンでした。また伺いたいですね❗ ご馳走様でした。? 有	有香 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔三春の分店にも行った気がしますが、とても美味しゅうございました。平日の夕方５時半に伺いました。他にお客さんはいませんでしたがすぐに他のお客さんがちらほら。席は小上がりがふた席、テーブルが6席ほどありましたか。トクちゃんラーメンと熟成味噌ラーメン、醤油つけ麺、餃子を注文。注文から５分くらいで着丼です。ラーメンが届いてから餃子を追加注文しましたが、すぐ出てきて満足です。私はつけ麺が美味しかった！トクちゃんラーメンも美味しかったです。つけ麺は二玉付きで、温麺も選べます。カリカリに炙ったチャーシュー美味しいです。辛味噌？と割り下が最初から付いています。なかなかいけなかったトクちゃんラーメンですが、こんなに美味しいと思いませんでした。近く、また伺いたいですね。次はワンタン麺食べたいですね。あ、お子様にはお水の他にオレンジジュースを出してくれるみたいでした。うちの子たちは喜んでいました。 I feel like I went to a branch store in Miharu a long time ago, but it was very delicious.
