★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ペイペイが使えるらしく、券売機ではなく店内で、バルトロタンタンメンなるものを注文。
スープはニンニクが効いてて、ガツンとしょっぱい。
麺はプリプリでのどごしは良い。
ニンニクがあとに引きそうなので、淡麗煮干しラーメンで良かったかな。

ふわ卵とピリ辛スープ そして中太ストレート麺
さすが しずくブランド 期待を裏切らない美味さです。特に麺がもちもちでとっても美味しかった。
おおぶりのから揚げは、カレー味とノーマルの2味でこちらも美味しかった！
麺を食べ終えたら、スープにごはん?を投入して二度美味しい。
オープン初日だったので、メニューは絞られてましたが、食券機には「限定メニュー」ボタンも既にスタンバイされてました。これからも楽しみなお店です。?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メインのタンタン麺ではなく、淡麗ラーメン？を頂きました！吊しチャーシュー入りと唐揚げ丼(小)もお願いしました。
あっさりしていて美味しいのですが、今一つ印象に残らないかんじでした。
逆に唐揚げ丼にマヨネーズやスープも付き、丼のほうが印象に残りました！(ラーメンと丼小はかなりボリュームがあるので注意)
次回はタンタン麺にチャレンジします！

台湾ラーメンチャーシュー乗せと思えば美味しくいただけるのですが、担々麺というには胡麻感が希薄過ぎます。ひき肉の代わりにチャーシューが入ってると考えても、青菜や胡麻が入ってなければ担々麺と標榜するのは難しいと思います。
ラーメンは美味しいしお店の雰囲気は良いだけに、ちょっと残念ですね。

初心者の私は一番辛く無いのをいただきました。辛さの中に更にニラとニンニクがしっかり効いてたまらなく美味しい。そしてフワトロの卵が挽肉と絡んでいい味出してますね。本当にクセになる食感です。スープは鶏ガラに薄口醤油？かな？仙台に来たら必ず寄るお店になりそうです。
辛いのがあまり得意じゃ無い私でも美味しい辛さです。注文時に辛さが調整出来ますので辛いのが好きな方にもいいのでは？
