a	akira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼間に丁度近くに居たのもあって、気になっていたこちらに初訪問です。業態変更して鶏ダシのラーメン屋さんになりましたね。中華そばがあっさりで、鶏白湯がこってりの二本立てとなってます。私は開店当初からある、鶏塩中華そばと鶏五目ご飯を券売機にて購入です♪ 2人待ちでしたが満席になったばかりか、食事待ちされてる人が多くて結構待ちました…。入店してから20分以上待って着丼です。お盆にラーメンとご飯の他にお手拭き２つと箸、クーポンがありました。スープをいただくと、お～！やさしい♪ 鶏と香味野菜が香ります。美味しい！麺もちょうどいい固さでスルスル行けますねー！具は卵と鶏チャーシューと雪菜?ですかね…ちょっと分かりませんでした…。五目ご飯は鶏の旨味も出てましたが、ひじきもアクセントになっていて旨い！周りの先客は鶏白湯率がかなり高いので、次回はこってりをいただきたいですね！ごちそうさまでした。 Because I was just near during the daytime on weekdays This is my first visit to this place that I was curious about. 安	安西崇 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鶏塩中華そば、角煮単品を頂きました！平日の14時位にお伺いしました。スムーズに着席することができました。店内はとても清潔でカウンターも仕切りがあり安心です。味はしっかり鶏、鶏、鶏のあっさりスープで私が好きな細麺で何度食べても飽きがこないすっきり仕上げ！それに反して角煮が甘めのしっかりした濃い味を一緒に食べるとなんとも素晴らしいバランス！！アイドルタイムがないのでランチ終わっちゃった方や女性でも気軽に入ることができる店内、市役所、区役所に用があったり何度でもリピートできる素敵なお店でした！！ Chicken salt Chinese soba, kakuni separately I got it! L	Lonely Rider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「鶏塩中華そば」と迷いましたが、暑さに負けて「冷やし柑橘麺 ¥850」にチャレンジしてみました。結論だけ言うと、私にはダメでした。「スープまで飲み干す」のが基本ですが、達成できずにチャレンジ失敗！ちなみに・・・「鶏塩中華そば」を食べていれば、普通に満足していたはず。 I was at a loss as "chicken salt Chinese noodles", Losing the heat, "chilled citrus noodles ¥ 850" I tried to challenge. There are two main varieties that they offer: chicken and salt broth (鶏塩), or the rich chicken broth (鶏白湯). My girlfriend got the former and I got the latter. Both are good options but I think I preferred the lighter 鶏塩. It was cleaner but still very flavourful whereas the 鶏白湯 felt a little gritty towards the bottom of the bowl if you're like me and drinks the broth after you finish with the noodles. The main toppings are the same with both bowls: a few slices of chicken breast that is flavoured nicely that is still moist and not dry; some greens and half of a 味玉 (seasoned eggs). This store is popular with women and I can see why. I went during lunch and the wait can be longer than most ramen shops in Japan, it took them around 15 minutes to deliver the bowl. Expect to see a small line at the door from Japanese office workers since it's right outside the prefectural government building.
