知的障害のある家族がここにお世話になっていましたが、理事長に怒鳴られ、罵声をあびせられながら辞めさせられました。一般的な人間のように思考し、行動できたら知的障害者では無いと思うんですが、そういう理解の全くない方が理事長をしているみたいですね。だいたい知的障害者に一般論で怒っても、説教しても理解すらしてないですし反省もできません、しないんじゃなくて出来ないんです、脳の構造がそうなっているのだから。そんなことも分からず怒鳴りつけられ、自分と施設の評価しか気にしていないのだなと、思いました。障害者支援施設として名乗っているのだからそういう理解ある施設なんだと思っていましたが、残念です。よっぽど軽度の障害者しか受け入れてないんでしょうか？障害者を受け入れ支援してますというのならあらゆる想定をして行動すべきだし、思考できる健常者がリスク管理をするものでは無いんでしょうか？管理不足では？ご自身の評価を気にするなら一般企業に勤められてはいかがでしょう？障害者はあなたの評価を上げるために働くなんてこと出来ませんよ。これから入られる方がいるのであれば自分の家族が傷つけられないよう気をつけてください。

If I can think and act like a general human being, I don't think I'm a mentally handicapped person, but it seems that someone who doesn't understand that kind of thing is the chairman. Generally, even if I get angry with people with intellectual disabilities in general, I don't even understand even if I preach, I can't reflect on it, I can't do it without it, because the structure of the brain is that way. I didn't understand that and was yelled at, and I thought that I was only concerned about the evaluation of myself and the facility. I thought it was such an understanding facility because it was called as a facility for supporting people with disabilities, but it's a shame. Do you only accept people with mild disabilities? If you are accepting and supporting people with disabilities, you should act on all assumptions, and isn't it something that healthy people who can think manage risk? Is it lack of management? If you care about your own evaluation, why not work for a general company? People with disabilities can't work to raise your reputation. If anyone is coming in, be careful not to hurt your family.
