お	おに on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クレーンゲームの設定については凄く下手に感じます。 3つ爪のクレーン方式。爪の先は全てゴム、シリコンなし。景品下はプラの小さいボールが敷き詰めてある。爪先に何も無いのでタグ通し、景品の隙間刺しどれも使えず。アームに対して景品がやや大きめなので投げも狙いにくい。結構使ったからそろそろ確率来るだろうと続けていたが一向に来ない。しばらく続けて気づいたが、景品がバウンドした反動や、たまに景品と一緒に挟んでしまうボールが景品出口を通り反応していた模様。狙ってやっているならかなり悪質。長く苦戦していると、周りの台では景品が出て行く姿を横目に見ますがここのクレーンゲームコーナーでは全く見られませんでした。確率機の設置が多く、長く粘る人が少ないからかもしれませんが... 更に、長く苦戦していると大体の店は店員さん側からアシストに来てくれますが、ここは全く来ませんでした。ある店員はあからさまに私のゾーンを避けて巡回しているのも(笑バイトのスタッフは態度✖️です。クレーンゲームで言えばイオンつくば、イーアスつくばの方がシステム、スタッフ共に良いのでそちらの方がオススメです。今回欲しかった景品、他所では1000円で取れました。 I feel very bad about setting up a crane game. る	るああ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の店舗はわからないですが土浦店はおすすめは出来ません。アルバイトの店員はいい人が多いですが、笑顔が少ないかなと感じました。確率機以外でどこを狙えばいいですか？と聞いて、その通りにしても（アドバイスなのは分かってるんですけど）やはり動くことはあまりありません。優しい店員さんだと「社員だとバイトよりも詳しいことが多いので社員に対応変わりますか？｣と親切に聞いてくれたり、今まで私がどう動かしてて聞いて一緒に悩みながら考えてくれる人は居たりするのですが見た感じアルバイトの人もあまり客と変わらずキャッチャーの知識はあまりなさそうでした。そして何より、客質がとても悪いです。金属の紐を網に引っ掛けて取るキャッチャーがある（名前は分からない）のですがそこで客同士が喧嘩してるのを見かけました。多分アルバイトの人より上の…店員さんか社員さんかわからないですが、対応を見ていてもこれは改善されないだろうと言う感じの対応でした。よく行ってる知人に聞いたのですが、あれはクレーマーで出禁にしてくれてもお釣りが出るほどらしいです。こうった些細なことも客足が遠のく原因ではないかと思いますが、上の方はどう思ってるのでしょうか？となりました。あと、他店では、名札の紐？に缶バッチや腰にストラップなどをかけていて好きなキャラや知ってるキャラが居るとちょっと嬉しく思ったり声をかけるチャンス（？）みたいなのがあるんですけど楽市楽座ではそういったひと工夫は無いのでしょうか？評価と言うよりかは質問のなげかけみたいになってしまいましたが個人的な意見でした。 I don't know about other stores, but I can't recommend the Tsuchiura store.
