★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a mistake in my initial review. This aeon mall is not so new, but I really like the layout. Just as the location in tsukuba, the main access road is a bottleneck. Too bad. This place still has all the burger joints, but for some reason McDonald's is on the first level outside the third floor food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's got pretty much anything you need: pop-up stores, a grocery store, a movie theater, the usual mall stuff (like clothing and shoes), and even a Kaldi Coffee (an import store). I especially like it since I live close to it haha. It's just a convenient mall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very standard AEON mall found throughout japan. The layout is very similar to many AEON malls. This one has a disney store, 100円 store, movie theater, starbucks, pet store, and many other shops as well as the standard food court and aeon grocery store. Lots of parking and easy to go to in tsuchiura
