You can go to the tunnel through the footpath. The condition of the tunnel is good, and it doesn't look like the remains of more than 100 years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大仏鉄道がとおるにあたり、周辺の水路と農道を確保するために作った隧道なんだそうです。
聞くところでは、この隧道はじめ現状で今の電車を通しても、全く問題ない状態だそうですね。
そもそも鉄製のSLが通ることを前提に設計されている+最近の車両の軽量化が進んでいるのもありますが、「計画的陳腐化」なんてセコイことせんと、その当時に持ってる技術をすべてぶつけるという当時の技術者の方々の心意気を感じます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年程前に大仏鉄道遺構を散策したのだけど、鉄道が開通したのは明治時代で当然朽ちている。然し、その周りの風景の変わりようには驚いた。
当時、開発に反対活動されてる方がおられたのだけど、正直、私には判断出来ない。自然の風景も荒地のままだと仕方ないし、適当に手入れされた里山風景には癒される。開発し過ぎて自然破壊も困る。グローバル化による経済発展もここに来て破綻の兆し。
人間は過ちを経験するまで前に進もうとする。南無!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは遺構の大仏鉄道の遺構の中でも特にじっくりと歩きつつ仔細見れる場所なんで嬉しいね。煉瓦の雰囲気がなんとも良い感じ、ファンタスティックな空間で素敵⭐︎。まさに「やばたにえん」な遺構と換言しても異論を挟む余地はほぼほぼ皆無に近いのではと想像できることは至極当然の事であると考えられるね。
I'm glad that this is a place where you can take a closer look while walking, especially among the remains of the Daibutsu Railway. The atmosphere of the bricks is very nice, and it is a wonderful space with a wonderful ⭐︎. It is quite natural to imagine that there is almost no room for dissent even if it is said to be a "Yabata nien" remains.
