今日初めて入りました。(≧∇≦)
塩白湯ラーメンを食しました。
スープの色はみそラーメンを思わせる色合い、味はまろやかでコクがありさらに焼きチャーシューの香ばしい香りが口いっぱいに広がります。
昭和レトロを思わせる店内の作り、カウンターテーブル席、お座敷テーブルと店内は広々としています。
店長、美味しいラーメンご馳走さまでした。身体に気をつけて頑張ってください。

 It was a store I wanted to enter for a long time.
I entered for the first time today. (≧ ∇ ≦)
I ate Shiohirayu ramen.
The color of the soup is reminiscent of miso ramen, the taste is mellow and rich, and the fragrant aroma of grilled char siu spreads throughout the mouth.
The interior of the shop reminiscent of Showa Retro, the counter table seats, the parlor table and the shop are spacious.
The manager has a delicious ramen treat. Please be careful with your body and do your best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりにラーメンを食べようと思って。仕事が早く終わったので、ちょっと足をのばして来てみました。
ランチパスポートを利用して、白髪ネギをトッピングと餃子は別料金で注文して頂きました。
ラーメンは醤油味で、凄いサッパリした味。でも、後から甘い味がしてくる。嫌なかんじはなかったけど。麺は、細麺。焦がしの効いたニンニクかな？のっていて、まぁいいアクセントなのかしら。ラーメンは美味しかった。
残念なのは、餃子。カレー、しそ、チーズ等まだあったけど、選べるとの事で、しそを注文。焼き色も薄くていまいち。どこか生っぽさを感じました、、、しっかり焼いて欲しかったな?でも、そういう餃子？まさか。

The ramen tastes soy sauce and has a very refreshing taste. But later it tastes sweet. I didn't feel bad about it. The noodles are thin noodles. Is it a charred garlic? I wonder if it's a nice accent. The ramen was delicious.
Unfortunately, dumplings. I still had curry, shiso, cheese, etc., but I ordered shiso because I could choose. The grilled color is also light. I felt something raw ... I wanted you to bake it well ? But that kind of dumplings? No way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ラーメンを注文。あっさりしてて甘みの感じられるラーメン。もう少し味がしょっぱくても良かった。ラーメンが運ばれてくるのに意外と時間がかかった。店内のラジオのボリュームが高すぎて少し落ち着かなかった。
I ordered soy sauce ramen. Ramen that is light and sweet. It would have been nice if the taste was a little more salty. It took a surprising amount of time for the ramen to arrive. The volume of the radio in the store was too high and I was a little uncomfortable.

ただ…旨みもしょっぱくもなかった。うっすら味噌風味で極薄味。
おそらく器を温めずに提供してるのか、ぬるかった。
