でも、ここに限ったことではありませんが、街作りをする人たちに言いたい。
公共施設には、継続運営できない設備を設置しないでほしい。水の流れる設備は、ポンプの稼動やメンテで継続的にお金がかかることがわかってるのだから、安易に設置するべきではない。動いてないときは、景観を損ねるだけ。
I like these parks.
But I'm not limited to this, but I want to tell people who build the city.
We do not want public facilities to have facilities that cannot be operated continuously. Water flow equipment should not be installed easily, as it is known that pump operation and maintenance will continue to cost money. When it's not moving, it just spoils the landscape.

夜景は見れません、
しかし、ざーっと歩いてみましたが芝生やベンチ、噴水などもあり
昼間は緑、木、水で広さもあり
とても綺麗だと思います
