お店の雰囲気も落ち着いていてお洒落だし、大好きです。
ただ、店主の美味しいものをゆっくりと食べてほしいとの思いから、１日３組？限定なので、行きたい！と思ってもすぐに行けないので、☆一つマイナスで。

今日は私たちだけでしたので、料理一品ごと丁寧に説明していただけたので、しっかり味わうことができました。
また、１つ１つ丁寧な調理で、素材の味がしっかり伝わりました。
特に、丹波地鶏石窯ローストは、焼き色も良く、口に入れると木の香りとお肉の旨味（肉汁ではなく、噛むほどにお肉の味が伝わる）が広がる一品でした。
機会があれば、また訪問したいお店でした。
