ただし木々が多くて街のほうはあまり見えず、主に周囲の山々を見上げる展望になっている。
 As the name suggests, an observatory where you can take a nice break in the sunshine.
However, there are so many trees that you can't see much of the city, and you can see mainly the surrounding mountains.
