何が在ったにせよ、仕事中に感情を制御出来ない人が、車の整備など出来るのでしょうか⁉️

出口？の応対が無愛想で購入を考えていたが
応対に買おうか迷った。
タイヤ購入が決まれば対応変わり、
購入したが、気分悪かった。

車載レーダーを取り付けてもらったがグラグラ。
しかも取付の時に勝手に空ぶかしするわ、駐車場勝手に走ってるわ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整備後の整備士さんの説明など、丁寧にしてもらえたかと思います。
でも、女性のスタッフさんの対応は、いまいちでした。
聞きたい事があって 店頭で声をかけましたが、「はっ？」みたいな顔で「ちょっと待ってください」とどこかへ行ってしまって 待たせても 「お待たせしました」の言葉もなく、淡々と説明。待たせるほどの回答でもなく、それくらいの対応が頭に入ってないのかと…残念なスタッフさんでした。
接客の基本的なところが全く出来ていなくて。用があっても、なんか行きにくいなぁーと思いながらも、利用してます。

The basics of customer service haven't been completed at all. Even if I have something to do, I'm using it even though I think it's difficult to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤを購入しに行き、車を見てサイズを確認まではマニュアル通り。でも積んで行った前車のホイールが合うか確認したのに、車種名だけ聞いて「無理ですね。合いません。」とのこと。希望するタイヤがなかったので伊丹店に行ったら、ちゃんと見て確認してくれて全く同じサイズでした。同じオートバックスなのに猪名川店は対応も知識もいい加減で残念でした。

I didn't have the tire I wanted, so when I went to the Itami store, they looked at it and confirmed it, and it was exactly the same size. Although it is the same AUTOBACS, it was disappointing that the Inagawa store was sloppy in terms of correspondence and knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換のため行きました。スタッフの対応は丁寧です。宝塚等市街地の店舗より混雑せず、渋滞もなくスムーズに利用出来ました。ドライブがてらに今後とも利用したいです?

オイル交換でエンジンにガソリンを間違って入れたとのことでした。
その後エンジンを無償で交換していただけましたが、返却後から車がオーバーヒート・ラジエータ液溢れが発生するようになりました。
店舗に問い合わせたところ、エンジンの取り換えとは関係ないとのことですが、今まで発生したことのない事象多発、それに加え上記現象を調べたところエンジン周りの故障という記事が多数出てきます。
因果関係が証明できないためそれ以上突っ込むことができませんでした。泣き寝入りで車を買い換える羽目になりました。
たかだかオイル交換で多大な出費を発生させられることとなりました。
正直スタッフのレベルが低すぎる。教育をしっかりやっていただきたい。
せめて自分たちの取った行動に最後まで責任を持って対応していただきたい。
