店内ではゆったりとした時間が流れ、注文したチャーシューメンセット（チャーシューメン + チャーハン）は派手さはないものの、とても美味しかったです。
ご年配のご夫婦が経営されており、ご親切に接客対応して頂きました。
うーん、このレビューを書きながら思い出すとまた食べたくなるようなクセがあるかな。
神戸ラーメン（第一旭、もっこす、等）が好きな人は、お試しの価値ありかと思います！?

ラーメンのメニューは、
ラーメン(豚モモチャーシュー、醤油・味噌)
チャーシューメン(豚モモチャーシュー大盛、醤油・味噌)
角煮ラーメン(豚角煮入り、醤油・味噌)
勝っちゃんラーメン(チャーシュー＋豚角煮入り、醤油・味噌)
サイドメニューとして、角煮丼と炒飯、餃子もあります。
セットメニューは、
Aセット ラーメン各種＋炒飯
Bセット ラーメン各種＋餃子
Cセット ラーメン各種＋ミニ角煮丼
となります。
系統としては、鶏ガラ・豚足などから抽出するスープ＋中細ストレート麺を合わせる「もっこす」「第一旭」などと同じオーソドックスな神戸ラーメン。但し、古くから神戸ラーメンを食す私から言わせていただくと、スープはもっこす・第一旭のそれよりもあっさりながらもコクが深く美味しいです。
また、奥さんが作る炒飯もかなりレベルが高く人気ですね。
住宅街の中にあるのがもったいないくらいの味。醤油も旨いですが味噌もかなりいけます。
チャーシューは"真空低温調理"と思しき豚モモ肉によるもの。以前より柔らかくなって更に旨くなってますね。
基本メニューの「ラーメン」でもモモチャーが10枚入っていて、初めての方ならまるで間違ってチャーシュー麺を注文したと錯覚するでしょう。故にチャーシュー麺に至っては、完食するとほとんどの方がお腹パンパンになると思います！
営業時間は11時～15時のみ。定休日は毎週木曜日。
ご主人さん、奥さん、美味しいラーメンを末長く頑張って下さい。

Also, the fried rice made by his wife is very popular because of its high level.
It's a waste of taste in a residential area. Soy sauce is delicious, but miso is also quite good.
The char siu is made from pork thigh meat, which seems to be "vacuum low temperature cooking". It's softer and more delicious than before.
The basic menu "Ramen" also contains 10 peaches, and if you are a first-time user, you will think that you ordered the char siu noodles by mistake. Therefore, when it comes to char siu noodles, I think most people will be hungry when they finish eating!
Business hours are only from 11:00 to 15:00. Regular holiday is every Thursday.

中央区の山手にあった天佑にルーツがあり、さらにたどるともっこ◯や第一◯にも繋がります。
