単品でも食べられるので是非食べてみて欲しい味です！
 Both the motsuni set meal seasoning and the softness of the motsu were the best!

私自身はこてっ〇ゃんが嫌いなので、基本モツ自体好きではないのだが
まつい食堂のモツはかなり美味しい。
白もつと言えばきらくを思い出すが、あそこと同等レベル
ただ、やはりこれで1,100円は高い
あと、提供が遅いというコメントがある様だが、私が行った12:20頃で席が半分埋まっていた状態から、10分程度で提供されたので遅いとは全く思わなかった。
塩沢役場の目の前に昔からある食堂なので、そんなに変な対応になるとも思えないんだが。。。

Also, there seems to be a comment that the offer is late, but I didn't think it was late at all because it was served in about 10 minutes from the state where the seats were half full at around 12:20 when I went.
It's a cafeteria that has been around for a long time in front of the Shiozawa government office, so I don't think it's going to be that strange. .. ..

ただ、味は安定の食堂の上をいく美味さ♪好みによりますが、お勧めのお店です。

絶妙な柔らかさと濃い目の味付けと魚沼産コシヒカリのご飯の相性抜群です。
駅に近くて上越線「塩沢駅」下車でも利用できます。

久しぶりに訪れました。
中休み15分前に入店。
オーダーは定番の「もつ定食」
この絶妙な味付けと柔らかさ。
そして塩沢産コシヒカリとの相性は抜群！
