★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不味かった。麺処清水の清水店長は眼鏡をかけた男の店長だか、店員が「悪い。キモい。」とか「ババァがキモい。」「ヒグマはまずいよ。」と言っていた。眼鏡の店長だか店員は、相当下手くそらしい。クズらしい。

私は塩沢のヒグマの味と接客が好きで行ってましたが、その日は休みでしょうがなく六日町に行きましたが、とんでもない店だとわかりました。
味も悪かったです。おすすめしません。本当は星もつけたくないです。

ここは少し変わったスタイルで、夕方の何時以降だと麺が大盛にできたりと、貧乏性には少々嬉しい！
味の濃い薄いはやはりその土地の地域性があるが、私には少し濃かった。
体が干してるときに食べると特に旨いかも！

価格は味やサービスから考えるとやや高め？味薄目で頼んでも私にとってはかなり濃い目で、食後は口渇に襲われ、とにかく水分をがぶ飲みしてしまう。
塩チャーシューに煮卵トッピングで1050円。
やっぱり価格はやや高め。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日のランチはらーめんヒグマ六日町店さんにお邪魔しました。ラーメンの味はヒグマさんだけに言うことはありませんが、店主さんやスタッフの対応がすばらしかったです。ご馳走様でした。
Today's lunch was at Ramen Higuma Rokukamachi store. The taste of ramen isn't just for Higuma-san, but the store owner and staff were very helpful. It was a treat.
