h	hiro s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々にしっかり作り込まれた一品を頂きました。一つ一つの具材がしっかり丁寧に作り込まれているのが感じられます。特筆すべきはチャーシューの素晴らしさ、まるで生ハムのようなチャーシューです。メンマも極太ながら柔らかく、味付けも丁度良い塩梅が見事です。冷製塩チャーシュー麵を頂いてきましたが、価格以上の出来栄えに驚きの一品です。ただ惜しむらくは、チャーシューが冷えているので脂の部分が口に残っていたのが気になりました。冷製の場合はもっと薄くして口の中の温度で脂が溶ければ美味いかなと感じました。個人的にはレモンの酸っぱさがもう少し欲しかった気がします。 I received a well-made dish for the first time in a while. 齋	齋藤一弥 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あっさり700円をいただきました。煮干し系スープのあっさりといいつつしっかりとした味わいのとても美味しいラーメンでした。駐車場は10台分ほどが店舗脇の通りを裏に回ったところにあります。出張で寄ったのですが12:40頃でしたが満席で少し待ちました。待ち合い用のベンチや椅子が店内にあり楽に待てました。混んでいて忙しいのに店主の落ち着いた佇まいで店内の雰囲気も良く感じます。コロナ対策もしっかりされていて、このご時世でも安心して行けるお店だと思います。また行きたいお店です。 I received 700 yen easily.
