野菜味噌ラーメンを頂きました。
モッチリした柔らかめな麺です。
村上市内のよそのお店で食べた味噌ラーメンも、モッチリした柔らかめの麺だったので、地域性でこんな感じの麺が好まれるのでしょうか？
機会があれば、全国の味噌を制覇してみるのも良いかもしれませんネ。

八丁味噌ラーメン大盛¥800intaxをオーダー。平日は大盛無料。
ラーメンは普通に美味かった。
しかし、入墨オバちゃん店員が食べてる途中からコロナ対策ポスターを見せてきて、「食べ終わったらすぐに帰るよう。」に促されました。
イヤイヤこっちも感染に注意してますよ。せめて食べ終わってからにしてよ〜。
安心してください。もう、来ません。

For the first time in years, Miso Zen-san gave me vegetable miso ramen. The medium-thick straight noodles, lots of vegetables, and the unique miso flavor were definitely recommended. It was delicious!
