あっさりしたスープとても良かったです。また鳥のチャーシュースープに合いベストマッチです。
また食べに行きたいです。
 I ate yamagata chicken chicken small country ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10に訪問。やまがた地鶏おぐにラーメンをいただきました。透き通ったスープにトッピングがきれいです。大抵の店の鶏系スープは独特の臭みがあるのですがこの店の鶏スープには臭みが感じられずとても美味しかったです。(テレビで紹介されてたので気になり食べに行きましたがとてもgoodでした。)
Visited on 10/10. I had ramen from Yamagata Jidori Ogu. The clear soup has beautiful toppings. Most of the chicken soups in this shop have a peculiar smell, but the chicken soup in this shop didn't smell and was very delicious. (Since it was introduced on TV, I was curious and went to eat, but it was very good.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は仕事で山形県小国町まで来ました。昼食は駅前通りに面した福龍軒さんオリジナルの山形地鶏おぐに塩ラーメンを頂きます。感染防止対策の一環でしょうか少人数でも個室に通されます。マスク収納用のビニール袋には食べ終えた後の箸やティッシュを入れるよう説明を受けます。女将さんとご主人の二人で店を廻していますが常連さんを中心に、昼の混雑時もテキパキと接客されていました。
安心できる環境で美味しく頂きました。
Today I came to Oguni Town, Yamagata Prefecture for work. For lunch, we will have Fukuryuken's original Yamagata chicken Oguni salt ramen facing the street in front of the station. Is it part of infection control measures? Even a small number of people are sent to a private room. You will be instructed to put chopsticks and tissue after eating in the plastic bag for storing the mask. The landlady and her husband run the shop, but the regulars were the main customers, and even during the busy days, they were serving customers.
It was delicious in a safe environment.

注文の時にアイラップのようなビニール袋をもらいました
使い方は①食べる時に外したマスクを入れる、②帰る時に使ったお手拭きやティッシュを入れておいて帰るというもの、こういうシステムは初めてでお店の方のアイデアと心遣い素晴らしいと思いました
おぐにラーメンは鶏出汁の香りがとてもいい綺麗な透き通ったスープと喉ごしのいい麺です
炙ってある鶏ももチャーシューは香ばしく歯応えがあり他のお店によくある蒸し？むね肉のチャーシューしか食べたことがない私には新しかった
五目ラーメンはおぐにラーメンに炒めた野菜と赤蒲鉾がプラスされた感じ？炒めた野菜の香ばしさと風味が鶏出汁の前にでてきてます
これはこれで美味しいですが、鶏出汁を楽しむのはおぐにラーメンですね
お店の方も丁寧で気さくに声をかけてくれます

The usage is (1) put in the mask that you removed when you eat, (2) put in the hand wipes and tissues that you used when you go home, and go home.
Oguni ramen is a beautiful clear soup with a very nice scent of chicken stock and noodles that are smooth to the throat.
The roasted chicken thigh char siu is fragrant and chewy, and is it steamed, which is common in other restaurants? It was new to me who had only eaten chicken breast char siu
Gomoku ramen is like Oguni ramen with fried vegetables and red kamaboko. The aroma and flavor of the stir-fried vegetables come out before the chicken stock.
This is delicious, but it's Oguni ramen that you can enjoy chicken stock.
The shop staff are also polite and friendly.

駐車場は普通のセダンでギリギリ。5m超えると白線からはみ出します。
私が行った時はいらっしゃいませの挨拶もなく目だけで席通されました。店内はラジオもテレビも無い様で静かでしたが店員同士でずっとお喋り。のクセにコロナ対策でビニール袋にマスク入れてくれ、食べた後のティッシュやおしぼりも袋に入れといてくれとの事。
コロナ対策してんのにフレンドリーな店員が5分も客と世間話。ちょっと意味わからん。
麺は細縮れ麺(スーパーで売ってる感じのこだわり無い感じ)スープはとても美味しかった。
会計時も厨房でお喋り。1回呼んでも出て来ず。2回目強めに呼んでやっと出て来る始末。焼肉屋の癖なのか板ガム渡される。
スープ美味しかったので星2ですが私は次は無しですね。

When I went, I was seated by my eyes without any greetings. The inside of the store was quiet as there was no radio or TV, but the staff talked to each other all the time. He asked me to put a mask in a plastic bag as a measure against corona, and put the tissue and hand towels after eating in the bag.
A friendly clerk talks with customers for 5 minutes even though they are taking measures against corona. I don't know what it means.
The noodles were crispy noodles (feeling like they are sold at supermarkets) The soup was very delicious.
Talk in the kitchen at the time of accounting. Even if I call it once, it doesn't come out. The second time I called it strongly and finally came out. Maybe it's a habit of a yakiniku restaurant, and I'm given chewing gum.
The soup was delicious, so it's 2 stars, but I don't have the next one.
