ダブルハンバーグの二つとも同様だったので、そういう焼き具合のレシピなのかもしれない

ダブルハンバーグを頼み、ビールを飲みながら到着を待つ。
熱々の鉄板に乗ったハンバーグはホロホロの柔らかな食感でとても美味しい。チーズも良く合ってデミグラスソースも最高です。パン頼んだらソースでいくらでも食べられそう。

ハンバーグ+サラダ+ライスのセットです。
ナイフで切って口の中に入れるとすごく柔らかくて、今までで食べたハンバーグで1番美味しかった。
他の料理も食べてみたい！また来たい！

本店は横浜野毛。
ポークステーキは分厚く、デミグラスソースは甘すぎずしょっぱ過ぎず肉の旨さが引き立つ美。
味は大変美味。
だが、店員さんに老舗の良さを台無しにさせているところが残念極まりない。
入口案内人が居らず、店の中に入らなければ入店に気付いてもらえない。
コロナ感染対策は無視に近い。
他のお客のマスク飲食を指導しないので、客は貸し切りでもないのにマスクもせず食べながら飛沫を飛ばしまくる。
結構良い値段、老舗なのに…
もう少し色々な面に気を使って欲しい。
いや、客も気を使えなければ外食しないで欲しい。

９階で窓際は見晴らしも良いです
ダブルハンバーグセット 2890円
ハンバーグのデミグラスソースがとてと美味しいです。
ハンバーグはよく言えばとろける、悪く言えば、食感がなくベチャベチャです。
シャキシャキした食感があり、餃子のアンを食べてるような感じが、しましたが、そういうものだと思えば、美味しいです。
セットのサラダはシンプルですが、美味しいです。
カニクリームコロッケとポークカツもいただきましたが、カニクリームはカニの味がしっかりしておすすめです。
値段が高いので、コスパはよくないですが、老舗の洋食屋さんという感じで、ソース類が美味しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。
