★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホテルの朝食提供も行っているためか、ロビー？にもテーブル席があり、広々と解放感があっていいです。解放感がありすぎて人の目が気になる方もいるかも。それなりの値段なので、それなりに美味しいですね。場所も場所だけに客層もいいかと。私の地元にはロイヤルホストがないので、都会の人たちはファミレスの選択肢が多くて羨ましいです。JAFの紙割引券も使えるので忘れずに。

高層階の駅ビル場所がら人気のランチ場所なので混んでました。
サラリーマンや新幹線利用の方が多いようです。お一人様の方も多い
他のロイヤルと変わりのないメニュー
ランチセット平均¥1500位
席も多くて広いので、ゆっくり出来る環境ですが、時間帯によっては落ち着かないです。
スタッフさんの手が回らないのか？フードが出るのに時間が掛かります。
テイクアウトフードやパンが気楽に購入出来たら嬉しいです。
味は一般的なファミレス味で特別感無い新横浜オリジナルのが増えるとまた行きます。

メニューは通常のロイヤルホストと変わらず、吹き抜けとなっている場所にも座席が結構あるため、全体てきに席数は多いと思います。
吹き抜け部分は開放感満点で、快適に過ごすことができます。テラス席のカウンターには電源も兼ね備えていて、仕事をしたり勉強をしたりすのにも適しています。ドリンクバーも通常のファミレスに比べて野菜ジュースなどもあって、ラインナップが豊富。
駅ビルとあって、雨でも濡れずに行けるのも嬉しいですね。
コロナの影響もあって朝食を中止しているのですが、これを早く再開してほしいなと思っています。

It's a station building, so it's nice to be able to go without getting wet even in the rain.
I have canceled breakfast due to the influence of Corona, but I would like to see it resumed as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キュービックの10階にある店舗で窓側の席だと、みなとみらい側が遠くに見えます。
夜になると夜景が少し綺麗に見えます。
店内はそれほど広くはありませんが、落ち着いた内装で椅子も座り心地が良いです。
コロナ感染症対策もしっかりしていて消毒もしっかりしており食後の会話はマスク着用をお願いされました。
料理はもちろん美味しかったです！

散歩がてら８階の三省堂に来てランチで寄りました。
日曜日に来てしまい後悔しました。
ここは
普通の店舗側は窓がガラス張で外の景色がよく見えます。
かたやホテル側のフロアは吹き抜けで解放感があり、ファミレス感のないお洒落なスペース。
丸見えですけどね(笑)。
座席数はかなりあるので
すぐに案内はしてもらえますが
水も来なければボタンを押してもなかなか人も来ない。
家族イチオシのジャワカレーを注文したのですが、、、
ご飯、いつよそったの？
カピカピで乾いてるんだけど。
回転率をまわすことばかりで
今現在、中にいるお客さまに目が届いてないなぁと感じました。
大好きなロイヤルホストなんですが
今までの接客の中では
最低レベルです。
久々に居心地の悪さを感じたお店。
ずっと利用してみたいと楽しみにしていたこちらのお店ですが、やはり土日やアリーナのイベント前の混雑時は利用しないと決めました。
本当に残念です。
混雑していなくても利用したくないかな。
他にも良いお店はありますから。
