我々は目の前で焼かず、厨房で切れ目を入れてもらう派なので、毎回そぉしてます。山盛りおろしはシェア出来るので、お勧めです。
子供のハンバーグが小さいので、『おいしい！』となった子供は他を所望すると思います。
店員さんも明るく声を掛けてくれますので、忙しくてもフレンドリーな対応に頭が下がります。
並んでますが食べる価値はありますよ。

I visited for the first time today following the shop in Tama Plaza Tokyu Department Store. The hamburger was just the right size, soft and delicious. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで食べたなかで一番美味しいハンバーグ。ソースではなくシンプルに塩だけを少々かけると肉本来の旨さが引き立つ。ひき肉のひと粒まで味わい深い。ハンバーグってこんなに旨かったんだ。付け合せの野菜も種類豊富で見た目も楽しいがこちらは味付けしておらずソースに浸して食すとちょうどよい。値段が手頃なのも嬉しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妊娠中にお店でランチした時のことです。注文時の接客も若い男性、女性の方、皆さん丁寧で好印象でした。
美味しいハンバーグをいただいていると、店員さんが写真のプレートを用意して下さり、デザートまでサプライズで提供して下さりました！
一言も妊娠していることに関して何も告げていなかったにもかかわらず、私の大きなお腹を見て、お店の方々が素敵なサービスをしてくださったことがとてもとてもうれしく、感動しました。
私も空港で接客していた者ですが、初心に帰る思いでした。
予約してプレート準備して下さるお店はどこにでもありますが、飲食店側が粋なお心遣いをして下さったお店は初めてです。
無事に娘が産まれましたので、ご報告とあの時のお礼とさせていただきます。
ありがとうございました。
今度は主人と娘も一緒に連れて行ける日をたのしみにしております。

I was also serving customers at the airport, but I thought I would return to my original intentions.
There are shops everywhere that make reservations and prepare plates, but this is the first time that the restaurant has taken great care of us.
Since my daughter was born safely, I would like to thank you for your report and that time.

石釜で焼いたハンバーグが売りのようです。
ハンバーグは席で仕上げをしてくれるタイプですが、さわやかのような粗挽き感はなく、柔らか系のハンバーグです?
添え物のトッピングがメニューに多くありましたが、初だったので付けませんでしたが、つけた方が食感のバリエーションが増えて良いかもしれません?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハンバーグステーキダブルサイズを注文。180gのハンバーグが2つ鉄板にのって出てきます。スープはトマトとオニオンのコンソメ風。程なくして出てきたハンバーグは、静岡のステーキ店「さわやか」のように店員さんが2つに割ってサービスしてくれますが、さわやかのように中はレアではありませんでした。付け合せはボイルポテト・人参・ブロッコリー(フローズン)・彩り野菜(フローズン)。和風のソースとパウダー状の岩塩が付いてきました。
オープンと同時に入ったのでさほど待たずに入店てきましたが、食事が終わって退店する頃は、かなりの人待ちが出ていました。
ハンバーグは柔らかいものでしたが、ナイフで切ろうと思ってもホロホロと崩れてしまうもので、きちんと成形と空気が抜けていないという印象でした。ステーキはアンガスの肩ロース。片面だけ焼いて鉄板で提供されます。焼き加減はお好みでどうぞというスタイル。同行した女性ふたりはステーキを食べましたが、柔らかくて美味しかったと申しておりました。
