★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方も親切で一部コーチを除き、おおむねコーチの質も高く親切です。土曜日のハンディコースがなくなり、障害者(障害児)には不親切になりました。ずっと続いていたキッズダンスがなくなり、今度新しくダンスレッスンコースが出来るようですがスイミングとの併用の場合、以前よりかなり高くなります。一般の人も借りられる一面鏡のスタジテニスやサッカーが出来るドームもあります。小さな子どもが、遊びながら待てるスペースやテレビもあり、絵本も沢山あります

Saturday's handy course disappeared and it became unkind to disabled people (disabled children). The kids dance that has been going on for a long time is gone, and it seems that a new dance lesson course will be possible, but when used with swimming, it will be considerably higher than before. There is also a dome where you can play tennis and soccer with a single-sided mirror that can be borrowed by ordinary people. There is also a space and a TV where small children can wait while playing, and there are many picture books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 指導は見ていて素晴らしいと思いますが、このご時世にも関わらずずっと大声で騒いでいる保護者のオバサンがいます。他の方も施設内のご意見箱に苦情として投函されているようで、回答とともに貼り出されていましたが、ああいう輩は直接注意しなければ辞めないと思いますよ。アイツから感染が広がったりしたら、施設にも責任が回って来ますよ？間違いなく。

まず、更衣室の衛生状況が非常に悪くコーチたちの態度も酷いです。まずそこから見直すべきでは？はっきり言ってもう利用しようとは思いません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プールサイド横でタバコを吸っているコーチがいます。ヤニ臭くて気持ち悪くなったと言う声も多く聞いていますし、実際に臭いです。指導者と思われる者が小学生の選手の子にビート板やフィンで暴行している様子も複数回目撃しています。
追記
オーナーから返信が来ており内容を確認したみたら事実が隠蔽されておりました。他の方がコーチの態度やタバコについて書かれてますが、全て事実です。
There is a coach smoking a cigarette next to the pool. I've heard a lot of people say that it smells bad and makes me feel uncomfortable, and it actually smells. I have witnessed several times that a person who seems to be a leader is assaulting a child of an elementary school player with a kickboard and fins.

I received a reply from the owner, and when I checked the contents, the facts were hidden. Others have written about coach attitudes and cigarettes, but they are all true.
