いくと心も体も頭？もスッキリします。コーチもしつこさがなくさりげな指導やアドバイスなので高齢者の私でも 無理なく続けられてます。アチコチの痛みもなくなり体力維持してます。
It takes 50 minutes one way
When you go, your mind and body are your head? Also refreshing. The coach is not persistent and has casual guidance and advice, so even I, an elderly person, can continue without difficulty. The pain of achikochi disappears and I maintain my physical strength.

You can reset your feelings by coming here on any day. The kindness of the coaches, accurate guidance, always encouraging the members, and delighting even small things like a family. It's been almost 4 years since ??, and I'll continue to do my best to keep my mind and body positive ✨✌️
