★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日夜は混みすぎ。マシン待ち、スタジオは場所確保大変。入会制限しないのかな？
ロッカールームでのおしゃべりおばさん達は五月蝿いしマナーが悪い。年会員だから仕方なく通ってるけど次の更新はしないかも。
Weekdays are too crowded. Waiting for a machine, studio is hard to secure a place. Is there no restriction on membership?
Aunts talking in the locker room have bad manners in May. I'm a member every year, so I'm going to go there but maybe I won't update again.

スタッフは人によりますが丁寧に対応してくれます
筋トレとヨガレッスンを利用しています
ヨガも曜日ごとに先生が変わって、それぞれのヨガを楽しめるしレベルが高いレッスンだと思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 石巻のジムならまあこんなもんだろうと大体満足しています。自分でメニューを考えてトレーニングできる人にとっては申し分ない設備が整っています。ただフリーウェイトの数が少なくて、昼間でもたまに順番待ちとなるのが唯一残念な点です。
I'm generally satisfied with Ishinomaki's gym. The facilities are perfect for those who can think about the menu and train. The only disappointing point is that there are only a few free weights, and there are occasional queues in the daytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまりにもひどいジムなので、、、。インストラクター？従業員？は何をしてるんだか分からない、シャワー室はぬるぬるして汚く掃除してない、サウナはあるがお風呂がない(東京や仙台のジムに行っていたが全てあった)、洗面台にはティッシュすらなく何も置かれてない(普通のジムならティッシュや綿棒ぐらいは最低置いている)、受付の前のマッサージ機が並んでいる所でマッサージしていたら隣で大声で電話してても誰も注意しない、従業員はすぐ辞める、、、呆。
24時間ジムが近くに出来たようだし、湯ポッポのジムとお風呂のほうがまだいいのでそっちに行ってるけど。よくこんなんで会費取れるな！！！

フリーウエイトはスミス1 パワーラック2 ベンチ2あり、ダンベルは40キロまで置いてあります。
平日の夜は混雑気味です

しかし、昼は年配の方中心にめちゃくちゃ会話が飛び交っています。
感染予防対策のポスターを貼る位なら、一言スタッフに注意して欲しいです。
また脱衣所の扇風機は埃まみれです。
もう少し清潔感があればと思います。
