ラーメンより焼そばが お勧めと聞いていました。

カーブファンらしさがにじみ出ている
インテリア小物がありました。
焼きそばを食べましたが
野菜の量も多く、お腹いっぱいに

尾道ラーメンなんですが、醤油が強くなく出汁が効いてるスープ。
スープ、麺ともに美味しいです。

尾道ラーメンです。
結構、スープの醤油がベースが濃い目です。
麺が独特のねばりと食感の為、好みが別れるかな…
やきそばが美味しそうでした。

尾道ラーメンな感じでした。
麺のひと口目で塩味が強くスープも醤油の塩味強めでした。
強めの味がお好きな方は良いかもしれませんが私はちょっと無理かなぁ～。
個人的な好みなので。。。
麺カタめでお願いしましたが芯がある感じでボソボソ感が、、。
普通の硬さのほうが美味しいかも?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行きたかった店が休みだったので、行く途中に行列が出来てた店だったのでUターンして立寄りました。
味は濃い目のしょっぱい系(富山ブラック風)私が伺った時は子供連れは少なく、夫婦、アベック、会社関係が多く利用してましたね。
メニューは中華そば、チャーシュー麺、焼きそば、餃子のシンプルメニュー。
中華そばのスープは背脂入りの尾道ラーメン風だが魚貝の味が余りしなかった、具のチャーシューはしっとり系じゃないパサ系チャーシューが一枚、チャーシュー麺は三枚、見た目は良いが残念な事にチャーシューの芸術的な薄さにテンションが下がる。これ以上薄くすると、盛付時に千切れる薄さなのでチャーシュー麺はコスパが悪いのでお勧めはしない。餃子は羽根付き系タイプじゃないけどコスパは良いと思う、しかし値段なりでした。
