らぁめんにはめちゃくちゃうるさい自分ですが
ここは結構美味しかった?
つけ麺とらぁめんの麺が違うので、
らぁめんを食べる方は、つけ麺の麺に
してもらうことをお勧めします?
つけ麺の麺の方がコシが効いて美味しいです?
あとはニンニクも言えば出してくれるので
そちらも忘れずに?
つけ麺の余った出汁は、チーズと卵を足して
リゾットで食べることが出来ます✨
この発想は勉強になったな〜?
あと特に炒飯が、ぶちうま過ぎた?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに深夜のぶちくさらぁめん、前回行ったときも思ったけど店員さんがいつもやる気無さそう。
4月なのに系列店のおせちのポップがまだ張ってあるし。
それでもここのつけ麺は好きなので、ビールと餃子の後に注文したら、つけ麺のスープが黒い(*_*)
苦いとかは無かったですが気になりお会計の時に尋ねたら海苔を入れすぎたのかもしれませんと・・・
海苔の風味もなく、ただ魚介系の香りがしただけだったような・・
不味くは無かったけど見た目が悪すぎ、食欲がなくなりました。残念。
深夜に開いているのでありがたいけど、次回来店までは少し間を空けるかな。
その時までに元のスープに戻っていて欲しいな。
It's been a while since I went to Buchiku Saramen at midnight, I thought when I went last time, but the clerk always seems unmotivated.
Even though it's April, there are still pops of New Year dishes from affiliated stores.
Still, I like tsukemen here, so if I order after beer and dumplings, the tsukemen soup is black (* _ *)
It wasn't bitter, but I was worried about it, and when I asked at the time of checkout, I thought I might have added too much seaweed ...
It didn't have the flavor of seaweed, it just had a seafood scent ...
It wasn't bad, but it looked too bad and I lost my appetite. Sorry.
I'm grateful that it's open at midnight, but I wonder if it will be a while before my next visit.
I want you to return to the original soup by that time.

一人の時はカウンターで、複数人で行くときはオープンなテーブル席で。
ぶち黒にんにくのにんにく臭さが良い。食べた後は翌朝もにんにく臭くなるが。
Great for squeezing after drinking.
When you are alone, use the counter, and when you go with multiple people, use the open table seats.
Buchi black garlic has a good garlic odor. After eating, it smells like garlic the next morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飲んだ後に〆でよく来ます。個人的にはつけ麺がオススメ。炒飯は店員によって味が違いすぎる。濃すぎて食べれない時がありました。
I often come here after drinking. I personally recommend tsukemen. The taste of fried rice is too different depending on the clerk. There were times when it was too thick to eat.

深夜帯は混んでそう。

ここはつけ麺がオススメと言う事でつけ麺の普通を注文。
一般的なつけ麺は魚介系ですが、豚骨と言うこと。
チャーシュー軟かく味が染みていました。
自分好みの甘辛いタレに合うつけ麺で、珍しくどストライクな味だったのですが、途中で化学調味料の味であろう感じが鼻の奥をツンとするのが気になりましたので☆4にしています。
つけ麺の普通(麺2玉)と記載してありましたが、1玉が普通70g~。ってイメージありますけど、少なめの50〜60gくらいかな?胃袋のどんぶり勘定それくらいなので、大食漢は4玉にしちゃっていいのかな?と思いますが、あえて、少し少なめでつけ麺を食べてからのチーズリゾットにして食べるのが良いと思います。
写真撮るのわすれましたが、テーブルにIHクッキングヒーターが、あるのでつけダレの器をそのまま温めて食べると言うのが嬉しいサービスポイントですね。

2月14日に2回目の利用。
普通のラーメン頼みました。
スープからハイターの味がして、ニンニクすりおろすヤツが洗ってなく不衛生な気持ちになったので、★4→3に下げてます。

I ordered Tsukemen because I recommend Tsukemen here.
Generally, tsukemen is fish and shellfish, but it is called pork bone.
The char siu was soft and the taste was soaked.
It was a tsukemen that matched my favorite sweet and spicy sauce, and it had a rare but striking taste, but on the way I was worried that the taste of chemical seasonings would make the back of my nose tingle ☆ 4 I am doing it.
It was described as normal tsukemen (2 noodles), but 1 ball is usually 70g ~. I have an image, but is it about 50-60g, which is a little? It's about the bowl of rice in the stomach, so is it okay for a big eater to have 4 balls? I think it's a good idea to eat tsukemen with a little less and then make cheese risotto.
I forgot to take a picture, but since there is an IH cooking heater on the table, it is a nice service point to just warm the bowl of the sauce and eat it.

I ordered regular ramen.
The soup tasted like highter, and the grated garlic wasn't washed, which made me feel unsanitary, so I lowered it from ★ 4 to 3.
