i	ikuza k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の夜に入店。お客は数組。すべてカウンターのお店です。メニューは多くはありませんが、それがまたいい味でています。中華そばとちゃんぽんを注文。 10分程度できました。王道の中華そばです。尾道ラーメンに近いですが、少し違う。醤油系のスープの濃さもちょうどいいです。ただかなりの猫舌の自分が簡単にすすれる温度なので熱々が好きな人には残念かもしれません。麺が少し柔らかめかな？チャーシューは少しサイズがまちまちですが、出汁をとったんだなと思える感じでいいです。少し味を楽しんだあと胡椒をうんとかけるとさらにうまいです。ちゃんぽんは、中華そばに餡かけがかかっている感じです。結構熱々。野菜がそこまで多いわけではありません。そこそこの味です。この店はとにかく中華そばがおすすめです！！駐車場は建物の南側に15台くらい停めれます。評価（主観）味★★★★☆ 値段★★★★☆ 清掃★★★☆☆ 雰囲気★★★★☆ 次回来店の可能性★★★☆☆ Entered on weekday nights. 趣	趣味は食 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十八番さんは私が小さいころから福山に根ざしているお店。ラーメンはいわゆる希少な福山ラーメンと言うジャンル。尾道ラーメンより背油が少なめであっさりしています。こちらの中華丼がラーメンのスープを使用していて美味しいです。デフォルトではご飯が多いので、女性はご飯少な目にされた方がいいかもしれません。お店、頑張ってください^^ Juhachiban is a store that has been rooted in Fukuyama since I was little.
